The AERES launches its new website: www.aeres-evaluation.fr
The AERES is launching its new website – a professional showcase of the Agency’s activities – redesigned for easier access to all the information that its different stakeholders might need. With new graphics, intuitive browsing, improved user-friendliness and arborescence split into three levels from the main menu: everything has been thought out for quick and easy access to information. Five main sections
The Agency’s website is organised around five main sections:
- “Agency”: institutional section presenting the AERES, its missions, principles and values, how it is organised and its expertise
- “Evaluation”: specialist section describing the evaluation methods and processes, how the evaluation campaigns are organised and the characteristics of evaluation reports
- “Publications”: documentary section uniting all of the documents that can be downloaded on the website
- “News”: chronological presentation of AERES news
- “Recruitment”: access to current job vacancies and the online application form
Five targeted accesses
In addition, the section entitled “the AERES guides you” gives targeted accesses for a customised consultation of the website depending on the Web user’s profile:
- “Institutions evaluated & decision-makers”
- “AERES experts”
- “Students”
- “Press”
- “Local authorities & businesses”
Three options for looking for an evaluation report
The Web user has three possibilities to search for and consult evaluation reports:
- an interactive geolocation map
- a specific search engine
- the list of evaluated institutions/organisations
Animations for finding out about the evaluation process
Animations have been designed to show Web users the key stages involved in each type of evaluation conducted by the AERES as part of its integrated evaluation approach.
Other services are also available to Web users, including dispatch of articles, subscription to RSS feeds, key words cloud and a contact form. By the summer, these will be rounded off with such new functions as a document basket, FAQs and a glossary. The English version of the website will also be published then.
Happy browsing!
